Look, one-in-three women report having faced sexual harassment in the workplace, while members of marginalized communities – including low-wage workers, people of color, and LGBTQI+ individuals – are disproportionately impacted by workplace sexual harassment.

NDAs and nondisparagement clauses silence survivors of sexual assault and harassment and protect perpetrators.

Enough is enough. Derek proudly supported the Speak Out Act to prohibit the enforcement of nondisclosure agreements and nondisparagement clauses in cases of sexual assault and harassment.
