As you may know, NGP VAN regularly performs general server maintenance by applying the latest Microsoft patches to ensure optimal system performance.

The next round of patching work will commence on Saturday, November 19th, Sunday, November 20th, and Monday, November 21st from 6:00 am to 7:00 am Eastern. We have confirmed this is the best time to complete this work across our platforms based on system usage while ensuring all nightly data procedures have run.

You may experience approximately 10 to 15 minutes of degraded system performance during this period. While the interruption is typically limited to a quarter of an hour, we may need up to a full hour to account for contingencies.

During this time, your Online Forms will be up and available to your supporters but attempts to submit the form may fail. Given the short duration of the maintenance window, we expect that full functionality will return by the time most supporters are able to attempt a second submission of the form.

The following monthly maintenance work will occur December 17th-19th. Additional alerts in advance of these maintenance windows appear in the Resource Center under Service Announcements. If you do not see the Resource Center, you may need to disable your browser's ad blockers for your site.

We sincerely appreciate your cooperation as we perform this maintenance work.  As always, please do not hesitate to reach out to us with any questions or concerns.

Yours,
