I wrote to you one year ago and told you that I wanted you to wake up on November 8, 2022 feeling confident that you did everything you could to keep Paul LePage and the GOP’s divisiveness out of Maine politics.

Now, we’re finally meeting that moment — and the stakes are so much higher than even one year ago. Since then, cities and states around the country have rolled back LGBTQ+ rights, Republicans across the country rushed to ban abortion in the wake of the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe , and our democracy is still under attack.
