The Hunt Institute releases first brief of three-part series on the state of HBCU funding

In The Hunt Institute’s newest brief written with support from Lumina Foundation ([link removed]) , we take a deep dive into the history of HBCUs, the underfunding of land-grant universities, and federal accountability.

“The State of Higher Education Funding: Historically Black Colleges and Universities” ([link removed]) is the first of a three-part series on the historical disinvestment of HBCUs. The next two briefs will be released by the end of the year.
