In The Hunt Institute’s newest brief written with support from Lumina Foundation, we take a deep dive into the history of HBCUs, the underfunding of land-grant universities, and federal accountability.
“The State of Higher Education Funding: Historically Black Colleges and Universities” is the first of a three-part series on the historical disinvestment of HBCUs. The next two briefs will be released by the end of the year.
