A federal court granted a motion to partially dismiss a lawsuit challenging Arkansas’ congressional map for diluting the voting strength of Black Arkansans. Litigation will move forward on a narrower set of claims. [link removed]

Parties have filed their briefs in the Pennsylvania Supreme Court in a GOP lawsuit seeking to throw out undated and wrongly dated mail-in ballots. As of right now, there won't be oral argument in this case and the court will issue a decision based on the briefs. [link removed]
