Despite Covid-19 restrictions having ended and tax revenues being at an all-time high, borrowing under this Government remains out of control. Every day Grant Robertson is adding $86 million dollars to the national debt. By 2025, every Kiwi household will effectively have another $128,000 of government debt on top of the mortgage.



It's our kids and grandkids who will be paying it back.



More than ever, we must focus on the quality of Government spending.  That's why I'm emailing you this Labour Day to ask you to join New Zealand's best union – the Taxpayers' Union – and support our vision of a prosperous New Zealand with efficient and transparent government. <[link removed]>

Special interests in Wellington are clamouring to spend your taxpayer dollars, and use COVID slush funds to spend on their pet projects.
