Despite Covid-19 restrictions having ended and tax revenues being at an all-time high, borrowing under this Government remains out of control. Every day Grant Robertson is adding $86 million dollars to the national debt. By 2025, every Kiwi household will effectively have another $128,000 of government debt on top of the mortgage.

It's our kids and grandkids who will be paying it back.

More than ever, we must focus on the quality of Government spending.  That's why I'm emailing you this Labour Day to ask you to join New Zealand's best union – the Taxpayers' Union – and support our vision of a prosperous New Zealand with efficient and transparent government.

Special interests in Wellington are clamouring to spend your taxpayer dollars, and use COVID slush funds to spend on their pet projects.

With your support, we can hold the Labour/Green government to account for how it spends your money.

Our vital research work exposing government waste is only possible with people like you joining and donating to the cause.

Your membership means we can fight the good fight. You ensure we can resist the government taxpayer-funded spin doctors and the thousands of special interest groups wanting to spend more and more of your taxpayer money on their causes.
