vision, victims must suffer the incessant agony of inward-turning
eyelashes scraping across their eyes.
The Carter Center provides training and equipment for eyelid surgeries
that end pain and can save eyesight. So far we've assisted with
more than 800,000 successful surgeries, but thousands of individuals
