[1]NNU - Medicare for All!

Ahead of the 2022 midterms, we set a goal of getting at least 100 state
and local candidates and elected officials to put patients over profits
and pledge to reject campaign contributions from the corporate health care
industry.

We’ve passed the halfway mark, but we’re still far behind our goal. There
are only two and a half weeks until Election Day, so tomorrow night we’ll
be hosting our final Patients Over Profits update call. We’ll discuss our
success so far and ways that you can help plug in during these final
weeks.

[ [link removed] ]There’s still time to get involved! Will you sign up to join the call
TOMORROW (Thursday, October 20) at 5pm PT/8pm ET to learn how you can
help?

For decades, corporate-lobbying groups have organized to stop health care
reform and buy off our politicians with millions of dollars in campaign
contributions and lobbying.

But we can move our politicians and elected officials to choose a side by
signing the pledge to reject dirty money from the corporate health care
industry.

Elected officials across the country like North Carolina State Senator
Julie Mayfield, Arizona State Senator Raquel Teran, and Fayetteville, West
Virginia Town Councilmember Gabe Peña, and many more have added their name
to our pledge. You can help us hit our goal by asking candidates and
elected officials in your community to join them.

[ [link removed] ]Please join tomorrow’s call to get involved, and together we can grow
the number of elected officials and candidates all across the country who
are siding with patients and communities over health care profiteers.
