The 2022 midterms are upon us and we need to focus on what’s most important: ensuring Democrats keep the House and electing more leaders who represent our values and our diversity.

That’s why Yvette started the Milk River PAC, a PAC dedicated to supporting Black Democratic women running for Congress. Right now, there are dozens of candidates we need to support, including Jackie Gordon right here in New York.

Time is of the essence because races across the country are making their decisions about how to spend their final month of campaigning, and Yvette and I want to ensure we have the resources to lend our support.

We set a goal to raise $5,000 between Yvette’s re-election campaign and Milk River PAC as we approach the 3-week out mark. Can I count on you to chip in [[link removed]] to split between her race and others? [[link removed]]

We know that when Black women lead, we all win. From Yvette’s work defending immigrants to Stacey Abrams leading the fight against voter suppression, Black women are the future and the heart of the Democratic party.

Milk River PAC exists to lend monetary support to races that need an extra boost to ensure we’re expanding the pool of Black women in leadership and uplifting the voices that matter most.

So please, help us reach our $5,000 goal and help us elect more Black women to Congress in 2022! [[link removed]]
