Friend,

The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) recently filed a disturbing
complaint about Starbucks.

In response to workers unionizing to demand fair pay and better
conditions, Starbucks is withholding a $200 million salary and benefits
increase that non-unionized stores are receiving from hundreds of
unionizing stores across America.

The NLRB's complaint is a significant first step, but they need more money
from Congress to successfully hold powerful corporations like Starbucks
accountable.

[ [link removed] ]Tell Congress to give NRLB the resources it needs to hold employers
like Starbucks responsible for violating labor laws.

Earlier this month, [ [link removed] ]I sent a letter to Starbucks with the support of
over 30 of my colleagues in Congress, urging the corporate giant to stop
unfairly punishing their union employees. This disparate treatment
violates numerous labor laws, including the National Labor Relations Act.
And with Starbucks’ resources far outpacing those of the NLRB, we need to
make as much noise as possible and ensure workers are fighting on a more
level playing field.

[ [link removed] ]Sign if you agree: Congress must fully fund the NLRB in the next
reconciliation bill, so workers have a fighting chance against unlimited
money and union-busting lawyers.

In solidarity,
Ro
