I wanted to touch base with my biggest supporters as I end my
first year as your representative in Congress. We’ve done a lot
this year, and I’m proud of the progress we’ve made.

I’ve crisscrossed the district listening to constituents and
holding 12 town halls. In April, I passed my first bill, and
since then I’ve authored or cosponsored hundreds more.

Now I’m up against the LAST FEC deadline of 2019, and I need
your help. The GOP will be using this FEC filing to gauge my
support and set their strategy for 2020. That’s why it’s crucial
to have a strong showing.

The House has had a busy year. We’ve passed nearly 400 bills,
addressing critical issues like:

* Making our elections more transparent
* Ensuring equality for all
* Expanding background checks for gun purchases
* Protecting our right to vote

The GOP is desperate to stop our progress, which is why
they’ve launched hundreds of thousands of negative ads against me
this year.
