There's too much at stake in November to view this election in terms of Democrats versus Republicans.

This district’s election is about the future of our country. It's about the difference between protecting our democracy and succumbing to far-right extremism. It's about the difference between upholding the rights of all Americans to vote and have control over their own bodies and seeing those rights be stripped away.

That's why I'm so proud to be endorsed not only by Democratic leaders, but by independents as well. The Independent Party of Florida endorsed me just a few weeks ago after I beat my opponent Anna Paulina Luna 47-35 among independent voters in a recent poll [[link removed]] .
