Nutritional Session for 5 Lucky Registrants Dear John, Do you ever find yourself stressed during the holidays? Planning, cooking, traveling, spending... it all adds up and weighs on us. Managing stress is a huge component of brain health, especially as the holidays near. Even though the Brain Longevity® Symposium early bird discount has passed, we will make it up to you with incredible raffle prizes– offered by our own Brain Longevity Specialists. Her education has equipped her with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and preventive health. She further received her health coaching certification from The International Association for Health Coaches in 2019. She published her first cookbook on healthy family recipes in March of 2019.
