A new age of female representation in Nepal

Women made significant gains in Nepal’s 2018 elections. However, due to a low female literacy rate, many female elected representatives are struggling to meaningfully participate. Thanks to a grant from the Jo Cox Foundation, Womankind is working with three partners to provide skills training for these trailblazing female politicians, so they can effectively represent their communities. Becoming a better ally

We've all been there. Someone makes a sexist remark and it goes unchecked. Sometimes we even plague ourselves with guilt for not speaking up.
