Hi there--
I bet you didn't expect to hear this today: Jeff Sessions is back. CNN has reported he'll be throwing his name in against me for my Senate seat in Alabama next year.
If we want to keep fighting for our health care, equal rights, and so many more issues like election security, then I need your help. Will you please give $3 or more to make sure Maggie and I can stay in the Senate -- and make sure Jeff Sessions never sets foot on the Senate floor?

But before you think Jeff Sessions is just going to walk back into the Senate, I have some good news. Yes, the national media has identified my seat as the Republicans' top target for next year. But we're in a great position. We had an outstanding third quarter for fundraising and our recent polling shows I'm leading every one of my challengers.
We know how to win this. The playbook isn't a secret. Alabama has put unity over extremism before when we made history in 2017. That wasn't a fluke. We can and will come together and win this again, but we need your help.
We've seen what we can do when we come together. Can I count on your support? Please, chip in $3 or more today to help me and Maggie keep working for you in the Senate.
Mitch McConnell is getting desperate. He knows my challengers are struggling, so he's gone back to the well to find someone who's quite frankly one of the most extreme, divisive people to ever run for Senate. That's not what we need right now, especially with all the chaos in Washington.
We don't need another hyper-partisan like Jeff Sessions in the Senate. We need to come together and actually start getting things done. Remember how the Senate STILL hasn't voted on the Equality Act? Or preventing the Russians from meddling in our elections? It would only be worse with Jeff Sessions back in Washington.
Chip in today and let's beat McConnell, Sessions, and their extremist agenda >>
