What's new in September

Control the look and feel of your pages with the new Design step

The Design step, recently introduced for Online Actions forms, is now available for Online Actions pages. This step helps you easily adjust the fonts and colors of your pages to match your organization’s/campaign’s branding and professional image.

As with Online Actions forms, options to add themes, header images, and custom CSS files have been moved to the Design step so that all page design elements are grouped together in one place.

Review newly submitted contact data in one place

We’ve added new Submitted Personal Data columns in the Online Activity Report that show you the exact data submitted by a supporter when they fill out a form with their contact information.

Since the columns are populated by unique form submissions, the data you see in this report may or may not match the contact’s current Primary Address, Preferred Email, or Preferred Phone.

Use predictive analytics to target prospective donors and predict their giving capacity

Donor Target Scores are now available on each contact record under a new Donor Target Scores page section, and on the details page of each Ask on your Call Time List. Please note that these scores have been developed using proprietary data and algorithms and do not use or rely on data from the FEC.

In addition, we’ve released three new actionable reports based on Donor Target Scores to help you match your fundraising efforts with your donors' giving potential.

Important Reminders

The next round of routine server maintenance will occur on September 17th-19th between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM Eastern. You may experience approximately 10 to 15 minutes of degraded system performance during this period. While the interruption is typically limited to a quarter of an hour, we may need up to a full hour to account for contingencies.
