I have not stopped Fighting for your Constitutional Rights
I don't have to tell you that over the last several years, your constitutional rights have been under attack. Unelected bureaucrats have shut down churches, schools, businesses, beaches, and even the state capitol. This is not right. America was founded on the principle that We The People are the government and we yield limited authority to our duly elected representatives. Unelected bureaucrats are not our representatives.

Over the last couple of years, I have been involved in over 30 cases regarding unconstitutional mandates. In many of the cases, the unconstitutional mandate was immediately revised as soon as we filed the lawsuit thus ending the need to continue the case. However, four of these cases we took to the Supreme Court and we won all four.

This week, we filed an appeal with the U.S. Supreme Court involving Newsom shutting down schools in California. This case was filed in July 2020 - and we are still making our way through the courts.

During COVID, our children's schools were being shut down by press conferences and unelected bureaucrats' guidance documents. The state violated our children's constitutional rights and this lawsuit is necessary to put limitations on the mandate powers of unelected bureaucrats.

I have been on the frontlines fighting for your constitutional rights and now I ask you to send me to Washington D.C. to continue our fight.

P.S. The other day a major California paper asked me whether I thought the U.S. government handled the COVID pandemic properly. I will share with you my answer:

For the last hundred years, public health could only isolate an individual who they believed was infected and contagious. Under COVID, this script was flipped and public health was declaring who was essential and who was not and thus destroyed the livelihoods of millions of Americans who had a limited risk of dying from COVID.

Unelected bureaucrats from thousands of miles away do not know what is best for you and your families and under our constitution, public health should never be allowed to deprive a person of their right to life, liberty, or pursuit of happiness without due process of law. This means public health does not have blanket authority to shut down businesses, schools, or churches with a simple mandate. We are a nation of laws and those laws must be passed by our elected representatives, not unelected bureaucrats who are enjoying their 15 minutes of fame.
