I don't have to tell you that over the last several years, your constitutional rights have been under attack. Unelected bureaucrats have shut down churches, schools, businesses, beaches, and even the state capitol. This is not right. America was founded on the principle that We The People are the government and we yield limited authority to our duly elected representatives. Unelected bureaucrats are not our representatives.
Over the last couple of years, I have been involved in over 30 cases regarding unconstitutional mandates. In many of the cases, the unconstitutional mandate was immediately revised as soon as we filed the lawsuit thus ending the need to continue the case. However, four of these cases we took to the Supreme Court and we won all four.
This week, we filed an appeal with the U.S. Supreme Court involving Newsom shutting down schools in California. This case was filed in July 2020 - and we are still making our way through the courts.
During COVID, our children's schools were being shut down by press conferences and unelected bureaucrats' guidance documents. The state violated our children's constitutional rights and this lawsuit is necessary to put limitations on the mandate powers of unelected bureaucrats.
I have been on the frontlines fighting for your constitutional rights and now I ask you to send me to Washington D.C. to continue our fight.
