Your sightings will help biologists better understand Maine's deer population. *Volunteers are needed across the state and everyone can participate. *

Participating is easy! When you see deer *between* *August 1 **and September 30, *make a few simple observations:


* Location
* Date and time
* The number of does (adult female deer with no antlers), bucks (deer with antlers), and/or fawns (young deer).
