We are just three days away from our 15th Anniversary Celebration [[link removed]] and we can’t wait to celebrate with you. This milestone is a great opportunity to bring our community together and to remind us that, together, we will continue to build power for the future.
Fifteen years after we first began organizing nannies on New York City playgrounds, NDWA is not only one of the largest membership-based alliances of women of color in the country, we have also won groundbreaking local, state, and federal policy victories that are creating the caring future we all desire and deserve.
There is much work ahead of us, but we are taking this moment to pause, reflect and celebrate all that our worker leaders — and supporters like you — have been able to accomplish.
