President Biden signed the Inflation Reduction Act into law and Sherrod wrote an op-ed about what this historic legislation will mean for Ohioans and Americans around the country.
“For the first time in years, we are standing up to three of the most powerful special interests in Washington. We’re taking on Big Pharma to lower seniors’ drug prices, we’re taking on Big Oil to lower energy prices, create Ohio jobs, and grow new industries, and we’re taking on Wall Street to rein in stock buybacks that reward CEOs at the expense of workers”

In Ohio, there are over 1.7 million federal student loan borrowers who owe nearly $35,000 on average. OH-SEN UPDATE: With about two months to go until Election Day and polls showing Tim Ryan and J.D. Vance neck and neck, Washington Republicans are going all in on the Ohio Senate race. The NRSC and a Mitch McConnell-affiliated super PAC are spending a combined $29 MILLION on ads. We need to make sure Tim has the resources to keep up.
