Dear Neighbor,
I want to let you know about two important upcoming hearings that have a
direct impact on our district. On Monday evening, the NYC Districting
Commission will hold its Manhattan hearing on *proposed new City Council
district lines*; and starting next Thursday, the MTA will hold several
virtual hearings on the recently released Environmental Assessment for the
implementation of *congestion pricing*. See below for more details on how
to participate in these hearings, as well as how to submit written comments.
Also, a reminder that Early Voting for the August Primary

Primary will be on Election Day, this Tuesday.
