Since Day 1, Trump has shown he’s willing to sell off our public lands and sell
out endangered wildlife. Now, he’s considering opening the entire 20 million
acres of the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge for drilling projects.

This plan could push polar bears and endangered orcas closer to extinction. And
it threatens the way of life of the Indigenous Gwich’in Nation, who consider the
Refuge to be the sacred place where life begins. They have relied on the local
Porcupine Caribou Herd for millennia -- which could be wiped out by Trump’s
plan.

But now we have a chance to protect the Arctic Refuge forever! Progressive
champions in Congress recently introduced a bill to permanently protect the
Arctic Refuge from Big Oil. But without pressure from constituents like you,
your legislators will fail to act. So we need you to speak up before it’s too
late for polar bears, orcas, and the iconic Arctic wilderness.

As one of the last pristine ecosystems in the country, the Arctic Refuge should
be protected, not opened for Big Oil development. But Trump and his corporate
cronies don’t care.

Instead, they’re committed to advancing the Trump Extinction Plan -- rolling
back bedrock protections for our environment and wildlife and handing over our
public lands to Big Oil every chance they get. And the Arctic Refuge is just one
of Trump’s targets.

But Congress is fighting back. The Arctic Refuge Protection Act is the
legislation we need to protect our wildlife and our wild places. But your
