Caged hens suffer everywhere—no matter the country. It's time for Delaware North to make a public commitment to ending its use of eggs from caged hens around the globe.
Sodexo, Compass, and other major foodservice companies are already working to meet their global commitments to sourcing exclusively cage-free eggs. When will Delaware North do the same as its competitors?
More and more consumers are aware of the suffering that caged hens endure in egg-production systems. Delaware North should do better and extend its cage-free egg commitment for the United States and the UK to the rest of its operations around the world.
