Sodexo, Compass, and other major foodservice companies are already working to meet their global commitments to sourcing exclusively cage-free eggs. When will Delaware North do the same as its competitors?
More and more consumers are aware of the suffering that caged hens endure in egg-production systems. Delaware North should do better and extend its cage-free egg commitment for the United States and the UK to the rest of its operations around the world.
