We’ve messaged you before about Lindsey Graham trying to defy Fulton County District Attorney Fani WIllis, but here’s a quick recap:

FIRST:
Graham called the Georgia Secretary of State after the 2020 election and asked about arriving at a count more favorable to Donald Trump, who – as we all know – lost Georgia in 2020 fair and square.

THEN:
When subpoenaed by the grand jury investigating Trump’s interference in Georgia’s election, Graham tried to claim his phone calls were totally fine because they were “legislative in nature.”

NOW:
A federal judge has ordered Graham to testify, saying that his actions were not “legislative in nature.”

Of course they weren’t, John.

We know it. You know it. Lindsey Graham knows it. But he still tried to hide behind his role as a legislator to escape accountability for his actions.

Hank is involved in legislative activity all the time. Never once has he tried to overturn an election by the people, whether he liked the results or not.

This is a huge victory for the rule of law. But Graham says he’s going to appeal the ruling and double down on his bogus argument. We can’t let this stand. We need to hold Lindsey Graham accountable and make sure that we elect leaders who will not give MAGA Republicans a free pass.
