Sen. Lindsey Graham is being ordered to testify before the Fulton County grand jury investigating Trump’s attempted election interference. This comes after Graham tried to avoid accountability by claiming that he shouldn’t have to testify because he’s a U.S. Senator.

Graham called the Georgia Secretary of State after the 2020 election and asked about arriving at a count more favorable to Donald Trump, who – as we all know – lost Georgia in 2020 fair and square. |

Of course they weren’t, John.
We know it. You know it. Lindsey Graham knows it. But he still tried to hide behind his role as a legislator to escape accountability for his actions.
Hank is involved in legislative activity all the time. Never once has he tried to overturn an election by the people, whether he liked the results or not.
This is a huge victory for the rule of law. But Graham says he’s going to appeal the ruling and double down on his bogus argument. We can’t let this stand. We need to hold Lindsey Graham accountable and make sure that we elect leaders who will not give MAGA Republicans a free pass.
