Conservative Jeanne Ives just announced her challenge to Democratic Congressman Sean Casten in Illinois' 6th District. Yes--the same Jeanne Ives who infamously ran an ad attacking women's reproductive rights, denigrating immigrants, and mocking the LGBTQ+ community.

We worked so hard last year to elect Sean to give a voice to the people of the 6th District and win a Democratic majority in the House. Now, all that is at risk as the Republicans prepare to spend millions of dollars to unseat Sean and install an extreme conservative in his place.

Sean was the first Democrat to flip this district in 46 years. But now, it's up to all of us to defend our progress and make sure Republicans don't flip it back. Chip in $5 now.

There's no question that Uihlein and other millionaires will join the special interests and bankroll Ives' 2020 campaign, putting all of our progress and our newly-won Democratic majority in the House at risk.
