Now that the school year is approaching, college students all over are making sure they have everything they need to go back to campus. However, many students don't think about what tools they need to support their mental health while at school. Here are some tips for students and parents ([link removed]) for this back-to-school season.

There are hundreds of resources out there to help prepare high school graduates for the stressors of college life. However, many resources omit what happens at home with parents once kids have left for school. Adjusting to a new household dynamic without your child can be difficult for parents who haven’t prepared for it.

Preparing for college is exciting, but for many incoming students this is the first time they are spending a significant amount of time away from home. Young adults with celiac disease may find this intimidating since they are having to navigate their disease, food choices, options and preparation on their own for the first time.
