Hey — I’ve got four words for my Republican colleagues: It’s on his desk. 

Don’t let Republican talking points fool you, while Donald Trump was busy focusing on how he could use the presidency to enrich himself, Democrats have had one of the most productive Congresses in history.

We’ve passed bills to expand and protect voting rights, we’ve passed a plan to provide DREAMers with a path to citizenship. We’ve even passed legislation that expands background checks to keep guns out of the hands of those who seek to do harm to others.

But instead of working with us, Mitch McConnell and his Republican colleagues in the Senate have refused to act and instead they’ve focused all of their efforts defending Trump’s unspeakable corruption.

The American people are fed up with these charades and if we’re going to make meaningful progress for our country, I need your help.
