Team Fair and Square knows how to win in Texas - because we’ve already done it. In 2018, I beat Tea Party Republican Matt Rinaldi in a Texas House district that had been controlled by Republicans since 2002. I won by running on the issues that everyday Texans care about - education funding, healthcare, and living wages.

For too long, Democrats have been underrepresented and underfunded in Texas. At Fair and Square, we know that when we give voters a meaningful choice, we win. When we run on the issues that matter to voters, we win. Texans are sick of extreme partisanship and meaningless grandstanding - they want serious leaders who are committed to bringing home results.
