, we need your help now more than ever. The Senate is set to vote on the upcoming budget reconciliation healthcare and
climate legislation and will have to vote on a slew of anti-immigrant
amendments, including one that would extend the cruel Title 42 expulsion order. It’s crucial that we send a message to our elected officials to OPPOSE any
amendments that would harm our communities and threaten passage of this critical
legislation.

Stephen Miller’s Title 42 policy could be codified into U.S. law, meaning our
asylum system would be shut down indefinitely. Immigrants’ access to healthcare,
education, and public benefits could also be in danger.
