Our nation called for swift and essential action against deadly AR-15 style weapons after they were used in mass shootings in Buffalo, Uvalde, and Highland Park – and countless others in American history. Survivors from these shootings and Brady leaders have come to Congress to testify in support of this ban – but we’ve just gotten word that they will not vote on this lifesaving bill this week, instead pushing it off until after recess. This is unacceptable and irresponsible.
