The matter now goes to the mayor. Advocates for good government will likely be taking the question to court. India is forming, through RootsAction Education Fund, a new nonpartisan organization -- RACE (Roots Action Civic Education) Buffalo -- to support efforts like fair districts, improve civic engagement, and make Buffalo more just and equitable.
