*The Office of Aging and Disability Services (OADS) invites you to learn about and share your thoughts on Maine?s State Funded in Home and Community Based Programs (HBC)*

OADS will hold a public listening session on *July 25, 2022, at 3 PM EST* via Zoom. The purpose of this session is to gather feedback on two of Maine?s state funded programs: ?OADS Policy Manual 10-149 Ch. 5, Section 63, In-Home and Community Support Services for Elderly and Other Adults [ [link removed] ] and 14-197. Ch. 11 Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Services [ [link removed] ]. These programs provide in-home personal care or nursing services to support individuals who wish to remain in their community.

The agenda for this public listening session is as follows:


* Overview of HBC programs
* Overview of policy proposal
* Public feedback
