The Office of Aging and Disability Services (OADS) invites you to learn about and share your thoughts on Maine?s State Funded in Home and Community Based Programs (HBC)

OADS will hold a public listening session on July 25, 2022, at 3 PM EST via Zoom. The purpose of this session is to gather feedback on two of Maine?s state funded programs: ?OADS Policy Manual 10-149 Ch. 5, Section 63, In-Home and Community Support Services for Elderly and Other Adults and 14-197. Ch. 11 Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Services. These programs provide in-home personal care or nursing services to support individuals who wish to remain in their community.

Overview of policy proposal
Public feedback
