Impactful Visit to Poland with EUROPEAN PARLIAMENTARIANS
Carole Nuriel, Senior Director for International Government and Community Engagement, and Andrew Srulevitch, Director of European Affairs, joined a delegation of Members of European Parliament from the centrist Renew Europe political group in Krakow, Poland. After an intense and emotional visit to the Auschwitz-Birkenau death camp, the delegation met with Poland's Chief Rabbi Michael Schudrich and Hillel Poland president Magda Dorozh to discuss the revival of the Polish Jewish community. The delegation also paid an inspiring visit to the JCC Krakow to see the growing Jewish community in action, as it supported Ukrainian refugees with food donations and worked to arrange housing for new
arrivals.
ADL Welcomes Resolution of Ice Cream Company’s Settlement Boycott
ADL welcomed the decision by Unilever to resume selling Ben and Jerry’s ice cream throughout Israel and the West Bank. CEO Jonathan Greenblatt issued the

Today is yet another demonstration of the ineffectiveness of trying to boycott and ostracize Israel -- and proves that healing can happen when all sides work together.”
ADL-Volkswagen Partnership is Extended

announced they were extending their partnership, which focuses on addressing antisemitism and hate in Europe and across the world. The collaboration has enabled ADL to expand its work in Europe, and will enable to conduct additional polling on antisemitic attitudes as part of ADL’s Global 100 polling series.

Sharon Nazarian Departs from ADL Role
Sharon Nazarian, ADL’s SVP for International Affairs, announced her departure from ADL after five years with the organization. Sharon will return to serve full-time as president of the Younes & Soraya Nazarian Family Foundation, which funds Israel education in the United States, and focuses on education and public policy more broadly.
