The Democrats hold both branches of Congress and the White House. Despite having that power, and a two month warning that a rigged Supreme Court was set to strip us of our bodily autonomy, our government did nothing to prevent Roe v. Wade from being overturned.

1. End or carve out an exception to the filibuster.
2. Codify Roe v. Wade
3. Unrig and Expand the Court
4. Repeal the Hyde Amendment
5. Ratify the E.R.A.
Democratic leadership has a moral obligation to use its power to protect the reproductive rights of women, trans men, and non-binary people. We are calling on President Joe Biden, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, and Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi to take the actions outlined above, immediately.
