OJJDP Shares Naturalization Resources for National Immigrant Heritage Month 

June is National Immigrant Heritage Month [ [link removed] ]. OJJDP participates in the Naturalization Working Group (NWG), chaired by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services [ [link removed] ] (USCIS). This interagency working group aims to implement a national strategy to promote naturalization and reduce barriers to citizenship through education and awareness.

As part of this government-wide effort, OJJDP is sharing USCIS naturalization resources with juvenile justice organizations and stakeholders serving immigrant and refugee children, youth, and families. They include public service announcements (with [ [link removed] ] or without [ [link removed] ] audio), fact sheets [ [link removed] ] and a range of tools and resources [ [link removed] ].
