Across the country, AIPAC’s Super PAC is spending millions on attack ads
against progressive primary candidates.

AIPAC’s goal is to shut down the principled, growing willingness of
Democrats to criticize the occupation, oppose illegal settlements, and
speak out for Palestinian rights and Israel’s democratic future -- and
they're spending big money to do it.

Who’s funding this intervention in Democratic primaries?

FEC filings this week show the attacks are being supported by two
right-wing, GOP-mega-donor billionaires -- Paul Singer and Bernie Marcus
-- who contributed $1 million each. This kind of money makes a difference,
the margins in recent primaries have been just a few hundred votes.

Friends -- We cannot allow right-wing forces to dominate the
course of American leadership on Israel/Palestine, or indeed any of the
issues we care about.

J Street is proud to lead the fight against AIPAC’s attempts to undermine
our democracy -- and while we don’t have right-wing billionaires, we do
have you.

violence, endless settlement expansion, endless pain and grief, and
endless occupation of millions of people being denied basic democratic
rights. We must work with urgency for a future that delivers true peace,
equality and freedom for every Israeli and every Palestinian.

For us, being pro-Israel and pro-peace means standing up for the values
enshrined in Israel’s Declaration of Independence -- for justice,
equality, democracy and peace.
