What's new in June

Control the look and feel of your forms with the new Design step

You can now easily adjust the fonts and colors of your Online Actions forms with the new Design step, and match your organization’s/campaign’s branding and professional image without relying on custom CSS.

We’ve also moved the options to add themes, header images, and custom CSS files to the Design step so that your form design elements will be grouped together in one place.

Keep track of Mobile Messaging replies and follow up with supporters in real time

The new Mobile Messaging Inbox is a hub where you can keep track of responses to your broadcast or Automation messages. You can also easily continue text conversations with your supporters that engage with your initial messages.

Some of the features of the inbox include:

-Read and Unread indicators

-Ability to search, sort, and filter messages

-Conversation history between you and individual contacts

Streamline the process of requesting, approving, and generating API keys

You can now request API keys through the API Integrations page, which will then go directly to your administrator in the form of a Support Request for review and approval.

You can track your request’s progress and see comments from your administrator by navigating to Support Requests on the main menu.

Important Reminders

Our offices will be closed on Monday, June 20th in observance of Juneteenth. Though our offices are closed, we will be actively monitoring support channels and available for time-sensitive and urgent items.

The next round of routine server maintenance will occur on June 18th-20th between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM Eastern. You may experience approximately 10 to 15 minutes of degraded system performance during this period. While the interruption is typically limited to a quarter of an hour, we may need up to a full hour to account for contingencies.
