Today is #GivingTuesday, a day that kicks off a charitable season before
the year's end.

It has been an incredibly taxing yet rewarding year for us at MLFA, and
we wanted to take this opportunity to give you a big shout-out to thank
you for your support through it all!

We're proud of many achievements over the last 12 months, but we are
especially grateful for a positive ending to a case that unfolded after
the tragic events of 9/11: the unjust conviction and sentencing of
25-year old Hamid Hayat in 2006.

This year, after spending 14 years behind bars for a crime he did not
commit, he is free, thanks to your generous support and belief in the
cause of justice!

We believe it's not only our mission, but our duty, to support those
facing injustice and protect our rights for generations to come.
