Dilkhayot Kasimov, 34, a citizen of Uzbekistan living in Brooklyn, N.Y., was sentenced to 15 years in prison for conspiring to and attempting to provide material support to ISIS.

Kasimov was convicted in 2019 after he gave money to co-conspirators seeking to travel to Syria to fight on behalf of the terrorist organization.

Fluke-Ekren, who has multiple aliases, traveled to Syria and has been involved with a number of terrorism-related activities on behalf of ISIS from at least 2014, including planning and recruiting operatives for a potential future attack on a college campus inside the U.S.

* Underwood was shot and killed in May 2020 while guarding a federal building and courthouse in Oakland during protests over the police killing of George Floyd.

*George Floyd Riot Arsonists Plead Guilty to Lighter Charges*

* Two New York lawyers, Urooj Rahman, 33, and Colinford Mattis, 34, pleaded guilty to new charges as part of a deal in which prosecutors recommended shorter sentences.
* Rahman and Mattis were charged for throwing a Molotov cocktail at a New York City police car during protests over George Floyd's death in May 2020 and faced up to 45 years in prison.
* Under the revised agreements, the prosecutors recommended sentences of just 18 to 24 months.
