Friend, When Beacon Hill's all-Democrat leadership team was asked -- again -- about temporarily suspending the state's gas tax to give commuters, truckers, and families some relief from record-breaking fuel prices, they said no. Again and again, they've slammed the door on giving any money back to the taxpayer, despite sitting on a mountain of surplus revenue. First, the Democrats falsely claimed a gas tax suspension would hurt the state's bond rating, before deriding the proposal as a "gimmick" and a "stunt." Yesterday, the Democrats called the proposal's success in other states like Connecticut and New York "a myth" before predictably blaming fuel corporations. We're now averaging $5 per gallon of gas in Massachusetts. That's no myth -- that's Democrat-induced inflation at work. Together, we can beat them. Donate today. If you're like me, you've had enough. The Democrats running the show on Beacon Hill are completely out of touch with Massachusetts workers and families, and that's why we need to elect more Republicans. Can I count on you to help out our Republican candidates by chipping in with a donation? Every dollar helps.
