I am proud to have placed Proposition D, Victims and Witness Rights <[link removed].>, on the ballot. I firmly believe that this measure will make a profound impact on the state of public safety in San Francisco. Also, I'm a strong supporter of Proposition H <[link removed]>?to recall the District Attorney. We need a District Attorney who will put aside ideology, who will seek to listen rather than to be heard, and who will take the problems we face seriously.?We need results, not just excuses and slogans.?The District Attorney claims to be a progressive prosecutor, but?his approach is taking us backwards.?He has abandoned victims when they need our support the most.?



- Over 80% of domestic violence cases are dropped <[link removed]>, and abusers are routinely allowed to return home without any consequences.?

- Hate crimes?charges get dropped <[link removed]> after the press dies down,

- Despite a surging overdose?crisis that?killed nearly 500?San Franciscans last year, not a single fentanyl dealer <[link removed]> was convicted in all of 2021.



Additionally, several state offices are up for election <[link removed]>, including the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Board of Equalization Member, Senator, and Assembly Members. Locally, David Chiu is running for City Attorney and there are eight local ballot measures <[link removed]>.
