We receive no money from outside sources so we can say things like "Defund the Police" and "Abolish ICE" without losing funding, and we will always act democratically in the interests of our members and the working class! Our thoughts are with the families in Uvalde that are grieving as a result of horrifying and senseless violence and many institutional failures within our broken system. It's nearly impossible to not be overwhelmed with despair in the face of something so harrowing, but seeing the inaction from so many of our so-called leaders should galvanize us to continue our fight for a world that is more just, kind, and safe for all people.
