At a press conference of the year [[link removed]] , Mayor Parker announced LGBTQ state legislators from 20 states committed to creating trans refuge states [[link removed]] . Bills have already been introduced in California, Minnesota and New York and Connecticut just introduced and passed their bill ! [[link removed]]
