Today is the anniversary of Brown v. Board of Education, a historic and
landmark Supreme Court precedent – holding that separate educational
facilities for White and Black students were inherently unequal – that set
us on the course of greater inclusion and equality.

Now, the forces of hate and division that have attempted to drive us
backwards are targeting similar landmark Supreme Court precedents that
safeguard rights they oppose.

Supreme Court, we’re witnessing the erosion of protected legal precedent
